They presented themselves as growing tech firm, But in reality nothing was clear - not the work, not the structure and definitely not the intentions behind the hiring. they ask for money at the time of joining, if you request to pay via cheque or online they simply say no. for first 6 months you're called a "trainee" and made to work fulltime. after 6 months, instead of job offering, they either fire you or ask you to continue the unpaid training for several more months. what makes it worse is the toxic behavior from leadership, especially the founder nirav nayak who is often rude and unprofessional towards employees. there is no sense of support, learning or growth. just control and exploitation.

Work pressure is extremely high; sometimes you need to work 12–13 hours on deployment days. There is office politics and bias toward relatives of senior employees in the company. The salary structure is overly complicated, with a variable pay system and several unnecessary components that mostly benefit the company rather than the employees. The CEO and management staff are extremely arrogant and often treat employees like laborers. The company hires freshers and takes advantage of them by making them work for 6 months to 1 year without a stipend. After onboarding, they pay them for only 3–6 months and then terminate their employment.
