    The people who work there are brilliant. The hours are good and you receive a competitive salary and plenty of benefits.

    *Floodlights that strain your eyes *Badly written and outdated reference guides *Poor communication within and between teams - you can ask for something several times, be told it'll get fixed, and it's not *Poor communication between first direct and agency reps for temps *30 year old software with inconsistent layouts and bad user interface *Hold time boards don't work properly *Incomplete training where you're... treated like a school kid *Breaks too short *Untrustworthy colleagues

    Good holiday entitlement, good benefits and pay

    Cons

    Too much pressure on staff to sell. Too much micro management get told can only go to the toilet for x amount of minutes a day, management are clueless to the stress they put on staff. Its who you know not what you know. Little to no progression unless you work in leeds

    Bosses were mostly understanding, lots of offers for transport, and the work itself was fairly easy, mostly prepared well for it by the training

    Cons

    Long and uneven hours, you were expected to work regardless of personal life, unclear when and how these hours were assigned so hard to plan around

    Advice to Management

    Be more upfront about work hours, give more notice when assigning these things to your employees. Great training scheme.

    The culture, ethos and the people are great & as are the benefits; free gym, parking, the pension is exceptional.

    Cons

    The base salary, the systems & processes and that you will be required to do 12 months minimum in call centre before you can look to move anywhere else within the company. That goes for everyone & is all dependant on your team leaders support/approval.

    Systems upgrade sooner the better.

    Free instant coffee. Was amazing until 2010 then went vastly downhill

    Cons

    Terrible hours. Terrible pay. Look after management dont care about the ones doing the work

    Advice to Management

    Dont use "team manager" positions (including pay rises and privileges etc) as damage limitation.. promote those who are good at their jobs. Dont just promote those you dont trust to interact with customers
