Pros

none. it is a horrible place

Cons

You will notice that any positive reviews are from Lahore employees. There is a clear cultural difference between the Pakistan office and the US office. The US office is utterly toxic. The executive leaders work to undermine you. Basically, there is no cultural diversity in the company - US employees are white and treated poorly. There are no African American or Hispanice employees. But the Pakistan group is very happy because they have job security. This is a fact. The company has a horrible reputation in the US and they have burned bridges with Visa and MasterCard in Europe as well. The leaders micro manage everything and do not understand sales. They do not understand why clients don't just sign their contracts. If a client asks for more than one demo the CEO will ban all demos because he is paranoid. Some contracts take more than a year to negotiate because they are micro managed. They ask you to complete RFP's and then won't provide technical resources until the last minute. And then they refuse to answer all questions in the RFP (unlike your competitors). Then the CEO says "why are you failing?" Direct quote.

Pros

-Free Food -Central Lahore location -Helpful colleagues -Market competitive package -Everything looks good from outside

Cons

Where should I start? -Legacy old technologies in almost all teams whether Web, Frontend or Backend teams (everyone inside i2c would agree) -No areas for growth (tech wise) once you've learned most of the fundamentals -Large teams where repetitive tasks are assigned whether you're junior or senior -ZERO work life balance, work is expected day and night, no consideration for employees family life etc. -Management is completely non technical, they don't understand the scale of the task they assign and expect it done within very urgent (impossible) deadlines. -ADVISE: -- For all fresh graduates/ those early in career, if you want to learn skills that will boost your career in the long term, don't come to i2c, you will waste important years of your life in legacy systems that have no market value other than i2c, regardless of team -- If you are out of opportunities and have no other opportunity, take the job, but don't waste much time here. --HR AND MANAGEMENT DO NOT CARE IF YOU WANT TO ADVANCE YOUR CAREER OUTLOOK, they don't understand the competitive nature of the tech industry and will fool you into thinking i2c is at the pinnacle of tech during the interviews. Reality is very different to what you see outside.
