*Managers, pseudo managers.. basically everyone likes getting into everybody's business.
*the owners are ignorant of how the policies are twisted and turned for selected employees. A person can keep to doing mistakes and still get over with it while a person doing his work properly is penalized.
*Improving technology is not even a priority here. They have 100s of priorities and 1000s of meetings but improving technology is not a part of the whole scenario. If you go to a local business providing IT services, they would be way more capable to help you than these people.
*Client shortage - there are no clients with them as the existing clients are not looked after properly and the new ones do not come as they are given sky rocketing costs.
It is a pretty confused place to work at, you might be doing A today, B tomorrow and C day after.
