      Very Good Health benefits.

      Cons

      It’s a product based Start up company. These people won’t respect the employees. They treate them like slaves.. The Management is very very bad. Too much of politics. If you are ready to take mental torture and Loose your Self Respect, you can join in here. Their Rules will make you Feel like you’re in a prison but they will pay you on time.

      Management from the Indian side is good.

      Cons

      It is controlled by a parent company named "Knight capital funding" and the response and behavior you get are worst from there side. If you are a fresher, please don't join. They will hire you as a trainee and pay as little as nothing and don't think they will give you some training, it is just a way to pay you a lot less. After completion of training, they will fire you. At the time of joining they assured you that you will get more salary but everything is just a lie. Guys if you want to lose all your self-respect and willing to work a slave, then this company is for you. If you are finding good reviews about this on google then that reviews are from company employees and they force them to do so. If you are south Indian then some amount of relief you can get from the torture otherwise you will see pure hell.
