      Cons

      The company lacks leadership. They are going through growing pains that won't be solved under the current team. Not a company to trust as an employee or a customer

      growing company in both revenue, and staff insurance and benefits fast moving fintech environment lots of product and support enhancements meeting market requirements

      growing fast can come with growing pains that require growing team

We are growing rapidly, so soon those CONs will dissipate. But, hopefully, everyone considers them to be good problems to have for a payment gateway that helps make the process simple, secure, and reliable for our partners.
