- Projects, goals, plans change daily from upper management - poor communication of these changes, resulting in comprehensive burnout of many teams and individuals - Many members of the management/executive team struggle with honest communication, general management skills, and how to handle internal relations. Mid-level management struggles to balance confusing expectations which impacts sustainability of mid/entry level positions. - Incredibly high turn over, at all levels of experience. - Unprofessional, and at times toxic culture - often actions inappropriate for any type of work environment are swept under the rug. - Flashy on the outside, in turn, salaries are vastly under market averages and very difficult to increase - PTO & benefits packages are not competitive

The other review on this site needs some balance. Typical of this company. These religious zealots are in church on Sunday, and jump into bed with the devil on Monday. You will not be told anything about the "evils" in their church but will be judged on having a beard, dating, use of caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, and other seemingly "normal" social interactions. You will be treated like a mushroom. Kept in the dark and fed dung! Promises will be made and then broken. Any good you do will be removed from you and attributed to one of their cronies.
