      * Short Heirachy - Decisions quickly * Not a blame culture * Understanding of family commitments * "Buy in" from the team not just managers driving the growth as everyone has a sense of ownership - of the successes and issues faced. * Real togethernss accross the team *Openness to hear suggestions on ways to improve - Embrace that change too

      Cons

      * Lots of remote workers, meaning no office atmosphere. Whilst the office / work from home, hybrid option is great on paper, if the office is empty what is the benefit of being in it? - With future plans to grow the team this will be less of an issue. *Older, smaller business type processes, which can stop you being as productive - but this is being worked on, and the business wants to change this
