Next generation of software being developed so can work on new things. New management team in place since last fall has really transformed old problem of not having a good work life balance. If you read this in other reviews look at date and see if it is before Fall 2016 when work life issues happened. Excellent benefits and pay. Bonus program and matching 401K. Great group of people to work with. Company culture good - onsite lunches, parties. Flexible work arrangements (many people work at home/offsite with flexible hours).

Cons

Parking lot between two buildings is awkward. You need to go on Route 9 to drive to other building. Does not have cafe but does have free gourmet coffee machine (Boston Bean).
