      Pros

      This was a great company to work for a few years ago (pre-current CEO and COO) when intive actually cared about employees and this was not just a tag-line forced down our throats on LinkedIn and social networks by the company.

      Cons

      They treat you like a commodity because intive is gearing up for a sale - everything is in place. All directors have their ducks in a row and treat staff (especially sales) like they do not have a voice. The company will hear you but not listen. the COO is a puppet guided by a stringent CEO who is 2-faced and very much not trusted by the employees. They dispose of staff like trash. Good luck to them

      No leadership, no vision, no strategy, no future.

      Pros

      No "Pros" to mention. Just ask all the VPs who have left this year.

      Cons

      Leadership only strategy is sell sell sell. Focus on speed and quantity over quality in delivery. Only concern is not delivering beyond contract. Incompetence is rewarded with promotion. Talk of "respecting all voices" and having a "unified culture across boarders" is just talk. Career progress is only possible on a few projects that get noticed. Employees only matter in how much they are billable by each day, not on value of contribution to project.
