      Pros

      - The seniors are there to help you when you are not sure - Can learn a lot of knowledge as you will be exposed to different areas of the work - 5 minutes walk from MRT

      Cons

      - A lot of workload assigned - No standards defined resulting in many inconsistencies and miscommunications - Unrealistic expectations from management - Shortage of manpower - Almost no company D&D - No company trip
