Good location. Exceptional facilities. Interesting challenges. Possibility to move horizontally and vertically in the organization.

Cons

It's very rare to develop anything new, most of the year is maintenance of legacy code. Very difficult to introduce change. Hidden unemployment. Low pay. Long hours, and after hours support (production issues).

Pros

Nice perks and nice bonus structure I didn't hate working there Very relaxed in the office. Can say anything, and do anything and no one gets upset

large pay differences between Teams with the same jobs and people in the same Team Bit of a bros club with pilots get not always deserved promotions You don't feel that you are doing something important Review structure wasn't great. managers are not more trained, only more paid. Long hours. 10-7 is standard but you can stay until past 8. Starting later means a bit more sleep, but no time to do anything in the evenings. Other Teams have 9-6 which is better but its not how much work you have as much as how long you stay.

Pros

The company is located at a very good location, And there is also parking. Growing very fast and has a lot of products.

Cons

The company growa so fast it forgets about the employees. Very long hours, and very low salaries compared to other companies.

Pros

- Great people, highly talented and motivated. Still a start up atmosphere although a +450 employee company - Lots of room to grow, new products released monthly and a lot of innovation going on - No distance between founders/management and employees. Your opinion always counts. - Lots of happy hours, fun days and partying
