- Client depending there may be a lot of travel, but pretty standard within the industry and measures are in place to ensure make sure this doesn't fall out of balance.

Flexible working when required. Management were realistic and approachable Quarterly meetings + food and drink and Christmas nights out paid for by the company. Friendly and helpful colleagues Great all-round working environment where everyone gets on well together which makes all the difference.

Cons

No real benefits unless you are fairly high up the chain. Yearly pay rise isn't great and it was evident that I would have to move to get a higher pay to improve my standard of living hence the reason I left.
