- Good compensation package - Good workload for most of the time - You will have time (and motivation) to learn lot of stuff - Excellent work/life balance - The product we work with does not have lots of issues - The documentation (internal and external) is good and improving

- Communication between product engineering teams with customer facing teams needs improvements.
