    Negative Outlook

I worked at mako (Israel) full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

very dynemic company very young and fun people to work with

    Cons

the best people have gone to facebook, wix or managment consulting firms - all the mediocre left... the compeny depands on the TV branch so when you have a big TV show youre just doing that and nothing else

  7. "A cool media company"

    5.0
    Former Employee -

I worked at mako (Israel) full-time

    Pros

Great people, nice, vibrant atmosphere. A large scale media publisher in Israel, with a good backing and support from public tv channels for a quality PR push.

    Cons

Like many big organizations, some processes get stuck in a thin bottlenecked management style. Some people don't get the amount of responsibility their job requires. Also, wouldn't suit somebody that likes a quiet environment :)
