I have been working at next full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people, very welcoming and engaging
Always thinking ahead, the different teams and the business on the whole, what else can we do? What can we do better?
Various training courses available at Head Office
Fast paced, the business never stops!

    Cons

Long paperwork processes for what feels like a small and simple task
At times, there can be a lot to take in because of the sheer size of the business

I have been working at next part-time (More than 3 years)

    Flexible Hours during quiet periods.
    Easy work.
    Lovely staff.

    Cons

    Poor disorganized management.
    Overworked during Sale periods.
    Minimum wage.
Holidays can only be booked between sale periods. (There are 5 sale periods consisting of 2 weeks per year).
    No progression.

    Advice to Management

Staff need to be listened to and treated as equals and not like peasants who have no clue what they're doing.

I have been working at next part-time

    Pros

Being a sales consultant at Next is pretty straight forward, the job is really easy to do and you get uniform allowance.

    Cons

They are not very organized, they messed up my pay almost every month and it took ages for them to fix their mistakes. Unless you find a manager that truly cares, you just have to keep reminding them every day for weeks and sometimes months.
