    Good work hours (depending on the area you work in)

    Cons

    Very little opportunity for promotion, pittance pay rises, no perks. A lot of people working here are very stuck in their ways.

    Pros

    Permanent TSB has been a great place to work. They adjusted well to the pandemic, offer good benefits, and the people are lovely. It's a great culture where people are professional yet laid back.

    Cons

    The time tracking system is a little annoying to deal with. But that's a very minor con!

    If you slog away long enough, opportunities to get another job within the bank pop up. After a long time of dealing with highly irrational and incompetent people at management level.
