I have been working at phs Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

When you are hitting the numbers the commission available to you is great. Likewise the bonus structure is when hitting targets is generous. Great tools to help you do the job, laptop, phone, car etc... Colleagues are generally really friendly!

    Cons

Answers to questions are slow to materialise internally. If a service is missed at a customer site its difficult to achieve a rapid response from the operations centres. Missed service and a slow response shatters relationship that consultants work hard to develop/maintain. This is also a saturated market, be prepared to wait a while for deals to close.

    Advice to Management

    Allow more time for new

I worked at phs Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

I only worked at Phs for 4 months, but in that time I was able to deliver on my duties as a Learning & Development Officer, and in addition, I was given the opportunity to lead a video project from brainstorm to final edit. The team I worked with were so professional, personal, friendly and encouraging.

    Cons

As I only worked there for 4 months, I didn't really pick up on any cons, but like any other company, Phs could benefit from improving on cross departmental connectivity.
