    Pros

    Have been working at phs for 18 months great office environment friendly helpful team. Team leaders and management are great. Ongoing training, lots of commission potential.

    Needs to be more comunication between staff at other offices and head office in caerphilly

    Service issues let our sales down and we can not get out at moment so not really getting to do a real sales job

    Thanks for the review. I agree we do have great people working at phs and that's why the working environment is so good. I'm afraid with all jobs there is an expectation to travel but we are trying to minimise the time we spend travelling.

    I have been working at phs Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Market leaders, but now realise they have been complacent for the last 5 - 10 years and have lost a lot of their market share.

    Cons

    Deal with 5 to 10 customer complaints every day and every week. Customers are all leaving PHS, due to missed services, automatic-renewal contracts and not being informed about contract end dates. Poor Communication from senior management. Lack of motivation or leadership. Unhelpful support staff. No sick pay.

    I have been working at phs Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The company has gone through a lot of changes and have recently employed a new Sales Director who has a vision and making really positive changes with training, recruitment, remuneration, incentives, CRM. I am really excited about the future

    Operational challenges but these are improving
