    Pros

    phs are a high street brand and as such have challenges like most - I feel that phs take their brand and their customers seriously - the desire to do the right thing and the continuous improvements being made are a credit to all that strive to deliver - never a dull moment here at phs -

    Cons

    Working in a customer service environment will always deliver challenges - there are not many clients that ring to say "Thanks" we are encouraged to take each cases as an opportunity to improve and that is exactly what we strive to do

    Advice to Management

    Continue to deliver the good news - where we have improvement opportunities these should be handled positively

    Pros

    take van home- no personal use
    used to be very long list of pros , no lie every one has no gone!!!

    Cons

    poor management
    shocking money, some drivers wages been cut by £10,000!!!! in bonuses

    you will be a customer service worker now as well due to poor servicing routes by a machine, customer complains atleast 3-4 times a day up from maybe one a month

    Advice to Management

    New board.... you have ducked up big time!
