Take the work van home
To busy monitoring company prophet and productivity and not the well being of the main staff the front line service drivers. We are at the front line and dealing with the customers. All drivers are overworked and not given a fair days amount of calls a day. There is no structured routes as the 360 software is not working. Management need to look after the wellbeing of the front line drivers of the company. We need support or maybe option of Unions to help us have a voice??3phs Group Response3y

I have worked for PHS Group for just under 12 months now, and I have thoroughly enjoyed working for such a professional company who works in partnership with their customers to achieve the best service and innovation for the right price to the customer. The back of office support is second to none. The Management is exceptional and work with you to encourage you to grow and blossom
PHS is such a vast company and I would expect an employees benefit scheme like many other companies have as standard, with discount cards, savings cards, health insurance and purchase of extra holidaysphs Group Response5y

Initial induction process gives good preparation and skills to perform role well. The company has clear and concise commission structure to enable employees to reach achievable targets and rewards well over performers. Works within a resilient industry and offers products and solutions on par and better than its competitors. Communication and support from middle and upper management is good and feedback encouraged as the company has an ethos of constantly trying to improve. The duel role of sales and account management ensures variety and no two days are the same. Plenty of opportunity for personal growth and overall would recommend the company to anyone looking for a career in the hygiene industry
Balancing the sales and account management aspects can be challenging, as can resolving issues with multiple departments. Probably an industry norm but clients sometimes only wish to engage when they have issues which can make relationship building difficult. Fuel allowance needs re-evaluating.phs Group Response4y

Open office with a relaxed and fun environment. Friendly staff. Approachable and friendly management team including our MD who has a ' my door is always open' policy. Plenty of opportunities to better yourself and improve your skills. Always made to feel valued and appreciated.

There is a free canteen
The most horrendous company to work for. Management take a one rule for one rule for another approach depending if they like you. If upper management had any idea what supervisors on the floor were allowing to happen everyone would be fired.phs Group Response5y
