Customers are all leaving PHS, due to missed services, automatic-renewal contracts and not being informed about contract end dates.
Poor Communication from senior management.
Lack of motivation or leadership.

Fairly decent tools to do your job
Benefits especially sick pay and Holidays are poor. No opportunities to progress, a lot of people have worked their all their lives and are resistant to change.
