A truly financially rewarding role if you achieve and exceed the achievable targets set by the Company. Adult to Adult relationships between Managers and Team Members. A fantastic induction training program and ongoing training to support your future goals.
I have only been in my role for 7 months, during that this time I have not come across any Company 'Cons'.phs Group Response3y

Received the tools to do my job from home, very good structured on-boarding mix of training and networking and immediately involved with making change and a contribution. Excellent support from the top, really enjoying interacting with new colleagues across the business and working with a team of hard working ladies in Key accounts, Business Support and Customer Service

My team i joined with were great.
The training is the biggest issue. They have basically employed two women who've been there ages to do the training. They had no skills in training and was constantly talking about everything apart from work. There is no structure at all and you are just thrown in after training. My whole team that started with me left within a month, by choice.
