Cons
Pace at times is relentless with back to back meetings

Pros
My team i joined with were great.
Cons
The training is the biggest issue. They have basically employed two women who've been there ages to do the training. They had no skills in training and was constantly talking about everything apart from work. There is no structure at all and you are just thrown in after training. My whole team that started with me left within a month, by choice.
