      Pros

      I've worked for PredictiveIT for almost 3 years and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. We are a tight knit group of employees that are always willing to lend a hand whenever it is needed. To top it off we have great benefits with our 401K, PTO, and insurance packages. It is an added bonus that we have the ability to learn new things every day.

      Cons

      There are no cons working at PredictiveIT.

      Pros

      I feel that I am valued as an employee and a person. I feel that i have been able to learn a ton of information that will help me at anything I do in the future! What I appreciate is that I feel we are appreciated for our opinions and hard work. I feel that I am genuinely cared for.

      Cons

      We are a small business so we all have to work hard and sometimes chip in where needed. Although this is listed as a con I think it is also a PRO as we all have each others back and are a team that will chip in and help anyone who needs it.

      Pros

      Predicitive IT is the place to work if you want to learn a vast variety of IT related Business applications. You can get your hands on almost anything you desire in the IT world. Great bunch of people to work with as well!

      Cons

      You cant always have 8-5 hours, but that how small business consulting goes. Comes with the territory.
