Pros
I feel adequately challenged every day, and the work/life balance is better than any previous company I've worked for. I'm encouraged to learn new things that interest me and see how they might integrate into our workflows. I've seen myself, others, and the company as a whole grow in amazing ways because of the general curiosity every employee has and the trust management has in everyone. Communication company wide is easy and natural. Management regularly communicates the direction the company is headed, short and long term goals, and encourages regular feedback outside of reviews. Salary is competitive, and benefits are great considering the size of the company.
Cons
Agency life can be hectic at times, with occasional quick turn around times, but management does their best with balancing client satisfaction with employee happiness in this regard. The company is small (but growing), which means wearing multiple hats some days.
