A great learning experience if you are a techie and that too depend on luck if you are allocated in a good project.

1. Salaries are credited 7th of every month, sometimes late. 2. Very strict rules by the management. Eg if you want to have a break for more than 15 mins you need HR's permission else they will track you down like anything. 3. PF credits are not made on time. 4. Exit formalities are not proper and people are still waiting for the PF transfer to happen. 5. Proper response from HR is not in place for anyone who have lef the organisation.. 6. Employees are not even recognised for their work but exploited with loads of work. 7. Team leads are not technical and do not understand the situation but they act like some big crime was done by the person working under a team lead. 8. Engineers are being allocated as product managers in the organisation who have 0 exp with people management

There's nothing like pros in this company

They don't have money to pay senior resources, so they'll hire Freshers and say we are giving good opportunity for Freshers. If you still wish to join the company after reading all the Glassdoor reviews, it's your fate While joining at least ask the HR, whether PF amount will be credited properly? The salary day is 7th on every month, but it will credit even late many times. Company is in financial crisis, so insurance, PF will be not proper.

Don't expect salary and other allowance on time even the appraisal for every year is not proper. Salary date in the company is 7th of every month, but some time it would be delayed to second week of month. They didn't put the PF money for all its employee more than a year. Such a unethical company. They don't worry about employee's situation and their welfare.
