Pros

Start-up atmosphere, flexible working times, occasional social events, one or two decent colleagues, little pressure, the job itself is incredibly easy in many roles. I'd say it's a good first job post-uni, as long as you're not planning on having a London social life.

Cons

Two joint managers, one of which is way better-qualified for the role than the other, yet often has to pander to the other. Appalling pay, particularly for a London job (starts around 23k). Dingy, poorly-ventilated and poorly-lit basement office. No genuine opportunity to move up the company, so they'll instead offer to make you "Senior" this or "Analyst of" that, without it being reflected in your salary.

Pros

trnd is a good workplace for a first job, for a young graduate. It helps to deal with a A-Z project management and customer contact in a high-paced environment. It has been a good place to learn.

Cons

The politics is not aimed at letting people develop themselves in the company. Turn-over is high. Apart from the headquarters in Germany, the management in some other countries is chaotic.

Pros

Chilled out environment, relaxed, fun people to meet.

Cons

Management was very chaotic. No clear objectives, no clear KPIs.
