Current Employee - Line Chef in Bolton, England

I have been working at wagamama full-time

    Pros

Flexible working hours. Free staff meals. Working with interesting people. Internal apprenticeship program. Weekly pay. Boh tips.

    Cons

The work can be overwhelming for the pay. I've done a foh, boh, manager and kp job all in one shift and still get the a basic pay. Management can talk down to you and they act like children most of the time.
