      Pros

      Webkeyz is one of the best (if not the best ) Digital Design Agencies in Egypt. You will learn a lot not only from your team but also from the other teams. People are very friendly, helpful, and supportive. You will get to have enjoy your time, make friends, and at the same time enhance your experience. I highly recommend Webkeyz for UX and UI passionate designers

      Sometimes there is huge workload, however; I believe that this load what makes us escalate and learn quickly

      Webkeyz maybe one of the best place for Designers in Egypt to work for, great Design Team, big projects and big clients

      Cons

      - although it's good for Designers, Webkeyz maybe the worst place to work for as a developer, developers are not welcomed at all by this company, all appreciation goes to Designers, all blame goes to developers - manipulative CEO doesn't keep his promises, keeps mouthing about former employees and blames them for everything wrong, doesn't listen to anyone - crazy working hours without overtime or any gratitude, I worked there for a year and never received a single gratitude word even when I've worked for +11 hours for a whole month, CEO literally told me " I don't believe on work/life balance it's a term you created as an excuse when I was at your age I worked for 14 hours "everyday " - I saw 4 friends leaves company , 3 of them left with disrespect from management, they took it to personal when someone asked to leave -the company takes advantages of junior engineers, it gave a QC engineer a salary below our office boy salary just because she was junior and didn't know the salary ranges, the QC engineer left after 2 months with offer plus 3x that number, same happened with Junior UX Designer and Junior Front-end developer

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that your time at webkeyz involved some negative experiences. That being said, we were really pained to see that the situations you cited were all recounted inaccurately and taken out of context. We’d like to clarify a couple of points: 1- Working at webkeyz is indeed a challenge. Because of the nature of our work and the amazing clients we work with, we always strive to produce an outstanding quality of work. Yet we understand that not everyone is able to cope with dynamic, fast-moving environments, and prefer a more relaxed approach to work, which is perfectly understandable. 2- Indeed webkeyz faced a challenge during the transitional period of moving out of the start-up phase. We have learned a lot from the experience and would like to think that we have managed to establish a nurturing, transparent, and empathetic work environment where everyone feels heard and appreciated. We’d like to thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. We assure you that we take all comments into consideration in order to provide a wonderful work environment for all of our employees.

      If you are UX or UI it is good for you ,if you are developer it is not the good one at all
