        Pros

Colleagues are friendly, responsive, accountable. Work is independent and communication is great within the company. Top management and employees work very closely together.

        Cons

Company culture, especially for BD, is messed up. It’s a culture that recognizes those who show off the most about the work they do (regardless of results), and doesn’t fairly reward employees who do great work without showing off every single useless detail about their day. Basically, plenty of recognition for those who pretend they work hard. Employees who have been with the company for a longer time will protect and help each other out in terms of setting up the KPI structure. New employees have no chance against them. There’s one sales strategy for all global offices and you have to follow it. If you happen to disagree with management’s strategy, then good luck getting them to hear you out. They ask for your opinion, but don’t take it well if you don’t see things the same way they do.

The people here are highly motivated, talented and really great people to be around. The management team is open and encourages a culture of openness, collaboration, curiousity and creativity. Here you can be proud to see your individual and team contributions making a tangible difference in our shared purpose to change the world for the better. Cons

My journey to work is a bit longer than I'd like it to be. But the workspace is great and the brilliant people and job satisfaction definitely make it worthwhile.

It's an incredibly exciting place to work: leadership is brilliant which obviously filters down into the rest of the company creating a great culture. There's a lovely atmosphere about the place, the office is a great environment to work in.

                  Cons

I really can't think of any.

Great purpose to get behind - lived by everyone in company. Very passionate & smart group of people, makes you learn fast and be better Open and transparent culture

                    Cons

Unpredictable and things change fast - you have to adapt quickly & difficult to plan long term Office location is quite far from pubs/restaurants so less socialising over lunch or after work drinks

The product and mission are brilliant. The company culture is positive. The people operations team is always trying new things to support everyone and the office atmosphere is really nice. 6 weeks remote policy is great. People in BD are really supportive and kind. They’re focused on building the business as a team. The job is challenging in a good way and we get to work with different industries and verticals so you definitely don’t get bored!

                      Cons

Things change a lot and it’s hard work. It wouldn’t suit everyone.

Any genuinely good way to answer the "biggest weakness" question without sounding like a cliche. Anyone have any good examples?

I interview with this place about a week and a half ago. I think it went well and in the interview she said the next step would be a writing example, so I did that. Sent it to them the day it was due and haven't heard back since. She did say any next steps would be after thanksgiving since everyone was busy and their calendars full last week. I followed up on Monday with an email, but haven't heard back. Maybe it's taking awhile or should I try again end of week? I would at least like feedback.

I was promised a decision made by mid last week. I followed up on Thursday last week and got a response the update is now followed up with the hiring manager and their director and expect hear back by middle of next week. What should I be expecting if it’s delayed on promised update timeline from the hiring manager interview?
