Dec 2021 I took a Product Manager role for 86k a year, no bonus. Previous role was Senior Implementation Manager, making 110k + 10% yearly bonus. I took a pay cut because I wanted to transition to Product very much. However, before I accepted, I told my boss is that I would take the pay cut if there was a chance that I became Senior Product Manager within 1yr. He was supportive of it. My contract renewal is due and HR sent me the same contract, no changes. What’s the best way to address this?
