Revolut Product Owner Salaries

Account executive role at revolut UK. Heard they onboard too many AE all competing for same market and very hard to hit targets. Recruiter told me OTE is 100% of base very possible yet online reviews not very positive. Is it worth taking the offer? Is salary negotiable or keep it as it is considering I work at a fintech rival business banking firm as a business development executive. Ops on salary and culture. Thanks so much Revolut

Hey everyone - would love some input on which of three offers to take - all in HCOL, in non tech product or PMM. I have 2 YOE Option 1: Stay at Visa, keep my network after APM rotations and get accelerated promotions. TC 140k Option 2: Jump to MSFT, get big tech on resume, TC: 160k (180k including signing bonus) Option 3: Join Revolut, huge comp but rough wlb and culture, TC: 200k (signing bonus + 30k) Also have an offer from Amazon for some comp as msft and would prefer msft so not considering
