Siemens Graduate Engineering Trainee GET Salaries

I got bachelors degree in molecular biology and I am pursuing my master in management. I have been working in internal consulting in Siemens and now I got an opportunity to write my thesis in CTO of Roche about VB-strategy. I will be way out of my current comfort zone but it might be good to be in pharma industry. On the other hand, Siemens also offered me writing my thesis here, probably in an easier topic with a 95% chance of getting hired afterwards with 70k salary. What would you go with?

I am working as a App Support Engineer at Morgan Stanley and I am getting 100k salary right now. I have 3 years of experience at Morgan. I am getting a job offer from Siemens as a Software Developer and I am assuming that I might get a offer of 85k only. Should I accept the offer at Siemens or continue the job at Morgan ?
