2nd year Manager at EY, with 8 YOE. Evaluating two offers and need help: 1. Amazon - CSM (L5) TC: 185k base + 30k bonus Year 1 (and 19k year 2) 18 RSUs to be vested across 4 years 2. Deloitte - Manager TC: 210k base + 20k bonus Roles are similar. 4 year return seems higher with Deloitte, considering the Base + Bonus structure. Also factoring the 15% stock increase. Added my pros and cons below, I may be wrong. Please help, need to make a decision soon.
