As a Quality Specialist in the Automotive and Aerospace Solutions division at 3M, she's responsible for ensuring that the company is producing high quality solutions on a global scale - which means that in the past 18 months, she's gotten to work in both China and Europe, and she's currently working with a team in Thailand.
