This week, we hosted events at all our offices to celebrate International Women’s Day and open a discussion on how we can inspire inclusion. 💜 ♀ It’s part of our commitment to create a working environment and culture where everyone feels safe, has a sense of belonging, and is empowered to achieve their full potential. The discussions have been incredibly open, honest and engaging. And we don’t want them to stop. That’s why we’re establishing the Women@AutoRek employee resource group (ERG). So we can continue the conversation and drive action to achieve equality, diversity and inclusion. Chris Livesey, CEO: "Communication on Diversity, Inclusion and Equity in the workplace is quite often treated as a corporate obligation, with a once-every-so-often pattern, and mixed interest. I am committed to a different path, and to building a team that is composed of a diverse set of people, and to ensure that everyone feels represented, valued, and heard – which goes hand in hand with each and every person recognizing that it’s their personal responsibility to act in the way which enables that. Plus it’s an every-day commitment, not just some kind of annual ceremonial interest."
