Omara Williams has long been interested in combining science and software, particularly in the realm of continuous inkjet (CIJ) printing. So when Linx Printing Technologies asked her to implement the Agile processes she excelled at with a previous company, she couldn’t turn them down. But her contributions to Linx didn’t stop there. Now, in addition to a scrum master, she’s also a software manager. And when a problem crops up, her teammates know where to turn.
