My name is Ramakrishnan Ramanathan and I joined EY Ireland's Assurance team in the summer of 2007, having previously worked in another Big 4 firm and a year’s stint in industry. Not only did I move between organisations, I also made the move between continents, which was one of my toughest and in retrospect, my most rewarding personal decision. The prospect of a career that involved complex problem-solving while making strategic business recommendations and thriving on a variety of industries is as attractive now as it was then.
