    Gap Inc. Expands its Job Program for Opportunity Youth to 53 Cities, Introduces Year-Round Hiring St | Gap Inc.

    by Gap Inc. blogs Today, Gap Inc. announced plans to significantly expand This Way Ahead, its life skills and on-the-job training program for Opportunity Youth, from 15 cities in 2017 to 53 cities globally. Launched in 2007 for 16 to 24-year-olds from low-income communities, the company is rolling out new partnerships with non-profit organizations and introducing program models that will enable it to operate year-round.

  • On Wednesday, we celebrated Father's Day at #gaphouse NY. Dads had the chance to fill up a growler with their choice of beer. We brought the beer + they brought the dad jokes. #gappenings

    In fashion, as in anything else, everything old is new again. This is especially true right now, as the planet's most-followed individuals revert back to such once-eschewed, decades-old staples as tracksuits and inflated shoulders. The industry has been riding a nostalgia wave for several years, with no indication that the swell might subside anytime soon.
