For the first time this year, we've worked with Leonard Cheshire and have two interns from their Change 100 initiative. The scheme supports talented students with disabilities or long-term health conditions in finding work placements and gives organisations, like ours, access to young talent. For more information on Leonard Cheshire's Change 100, please see below.
At the start of this year, we extended offers to our successful interns to join us for our Summer Internship scheme and learn what it's like to work at M&G plc. The interns were due to be placed in our Investment and Technology teams in London, Edinburgh and Stirling, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to run the programme virtually. To enhance the virtual programme we've introduced senior business speaker sessions - so the interns have the opportunity to learn about our business - and a schedule of virtual social events, networking and support from our current Graduate cohort. For more information on our internship scheme, please visit our website.
