At Morgan, safety is our top priority. At our Emporia, USA site the team have been considering why it is important to stay safe at work and they have been showcasing their 'why'. Whether it's for family, a favourite hobby, traveling, or for their pets, they know it is important to stay safe for something or someone. They found it has been a great icebreaker too for everyone connecting on a more personal level.

Following our annual 'Your Voice' survey, it's important for us to connect with our people to better understand their feedback and work together to make changes across our business. That way we will make Morgan a better place to work for everyone. At our Santiago Chile site, the team recently completed a 'Your Voice' focus group. Utilising the feedback, the team focused on the three priorities of; Rewards & Recognition, Career & Development, and Collaboration; sharing ideas on improvements that they can action together.
