This week we had some 'Good' news for our team in Norwich.
Newcross nurses now get free access to RCNi resources . The RCNi package has been received very well by our community of nurses. To date, we over 5,002 courses have been subscribed to and over 1,686 have been completed. The average satisfaction score for the completed courses is of 4.8 out of 5.
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on people's liges, not to mention their mental health and as it's Mental Health Awareness Week we though we'd share a few insights to help you look after you.
We've launched free training to help our staff educate while they isolate and navigate through the current pandemic.
Growing pressures on the NHS mean that it’s now harder than ever to get a medical appointment. In response, we’ve launched myHealthPlan, to ensure that our staff have easy access to the support and appointments that they need, when they need it. myHealthPlan includes virtual appointments with NHS registered GPs and mental health support.
