Shout out to our Technical Build Apprentice Ellie Betteridge who has been absolutely smashing it. Ellie recently shared what her experience has been like. "As an apprentice, there is a lot more freedom and flexibility in your role. My first shadowing experience saw me outside, (in the glorious☀️), working in a Virtual Hub with the Activation and Technical Build team. As a Technical Sites Build Engineer, I work directly with the members of the ATB team when aligning light levels from the headend. I was able to get stuck in aligning light levels in a VHUB to the build in the headend. The alignment I carried out at the VHUB, I had actually built myself in the Wakefield headend.
