During Pride Month this year, we reflected on what more we can do as a business to support our LGBTQ+ colleagues and asked for feedback to help with this through an employee survey. We also want to provide an opportunity for celebration and education, which is why we were delighted to host an LGBTQ+ History Lesson event which was accompanied by drag performances. It did not disappoint! The whole team left with a broader understanding of queer history, plus an appreciation of the skill that goes into drag performance. We've also published a new blog which looks at ways companies can improve Workplace Wellbeing, featuring suggestions that have worked well at Search such as yoga and Wellness Wednesdays.
