  • “Don’t underestimate the power you have to notice someone and make a difference in their career.” – Dana Strong, Group CEO Sky. We closed our #InternationalWomensDay celebrations with an inspiring session hosted by our Women at Sky Network Executive Sponsor Claire Canning. Claire was joined by Dana Strong, Debbie Klein, Prasanna Gopalakirshnan and Claudia Osei-Nsfoah. They shared personal experiences of facing and overcoming bias in their careers, advice for women who want to follow in their footsteps, and inspiration for allies who want to help #BreakTheBias. Here’s some of what our audience took away: – Make sure you’ve got different voices in the conversation. Be conscious about who’s contributing. – Be your own biggest champion and be open to opportunities – even if you don’t feel ready. – Allies, speak up and step up. Say the difficult thing. Thank you to our Women@Sky network and our Executive Team for this inspiring panel.
