Company Updates

  • We not only create products we use, but ones that we'd never in our wildest dreams thought could exist. Our Business Analyst Sally took a deep dive into Eleven, our VR-AR experience that puts you right in the heart of the action.

  • This week we held our first ever Retail Conference in Manchester. Over 800 of our people joined us for two jam-packed days, with talks from incredible people like Zai Bennett and Dame Sarah Storey. We also looked to the future, revealing our Next Gen stores and of course talked about our plans to invest even more into the wonderful people you see in shopping centres all over the country. Our Regional Manager Melissa Mcnab said “A fantastic event, so awesome to see everyone together, feeling the love and hearing the plans. I’m super proud to be a part of the Retail team that wins"

  • Kirsty, our Home Service Engineer got the job "dome". Our Trainee Home Service Programme for Women is back, you can apply here: #UpYourStreet #LifeAtSky

  • Wait, you mean your commute doesn’t involve being carried by four men in uniform in a glass box? Unusual. Mark got to celebrate the launch of Catherine the Great on Sky Atlantic and experience first-hand what it’s like to be in front of a queen, Dame Helen Mirren #LifeAtSky

  • This year's National Inclusion Week theme is 'Step up, speak up'. We can always do more, and be better. Watch how we plan to make sure no one gets left behind: #NIW2019 #LifeAtSky

  • Winner! Congratulations to Sky Sports News Journalism Apprentice Maddy Morrison who won the regional Advanced Apprentice of the Year Award in the 2019 National Apprenticeships Awards. Way to go Maddy! #AppAwards19 #LifeAtSky

  • We've been named a top 10 employer for Tech by Hired. Awards are great, but we'd love you to see what our people think about working here too. Search #LifeAtSky. You can also check out Hired's #BrandHealthReport here:

  • The world of sport is always evolving, and our people evolve with it. Anton’s been with us since 2010 and he’s had plenty to do in 9 years. From being a Producer at Sky News to being front and centre during this years Transfer Deadline day, you’ll never quite know where a career with us can take you. Want to find out?

  • How do we bring the energy and excitement of sports to millions of homes? It’s thanks to people like Chris. As our Outside Broadcast IP Service Engineer, he makes sure that all our top-notch equipment works well when we’re covering live sports. From golf to football, he’s just one of the people behind the camera helping us go live. Broadcasting brings an on-the-go excitement you won’t feel anywhere else. Check out our roles and see what we have in store for you #LifeAtSky

  • Flexible working is not just a benefit, it’s our way of life. We won’t make you feel guilty for arriving late or leaving early to do the school run. This week, Lyla got to see where her mummy works, and thinks that we should always strive to ‘believe in better’ when it comes to achieving work/life balance.
