The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Reception Supervisor has become available at Holiday Inn London - Camden Lock. Reporting into Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for

• Welcoming Guests, perform check in/ check out. Prepare guest reports daily and conduct daily briefings.
• Assist the Front office Manager with seamless operation of the department. Monitor and ensure cashier float is maintained, handle the correct billing of guest expenses.
• Assist with training reception team members. Attends to guest's complaints and resolve it efficiently.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Good knowledge of Opera and MS office is essential. Experience within a similar role is preferable but full training is provided.
