You will work alongside our partners and their internal Talent teams to deeply understand hiring requirements, hiring challenges, organisational structure and individual team dynamics
You have experience sourcing via a range of channels including Linkedin, Stack Overflow, GitHub. Organising external events to develop new candidate pools and generating internal/external referrals
You can take ownership and full accountability for the end to end recruitment process, ensuring delivery is effective and efficient at all times
You are confident engaging passive candidates through dedicated sourcing methods and external networks
You understand the importance of analysing hiring metrics and help to improve processes where necessary
You take pride in building and maintaining relations with key decisions makers throughout the business
Able to drive and own the offer process including extending offers and ensuring contracts are generated/issued in a timely fashion
Desired Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up or global organisation, delivering excellent sourcing /research skills and you will have the ability to discover candidates for hard to fill requisitions through creative sourcing.
You as a Talent Aquisition Partner will also possess strong analytical skills and will be able to identify challenges and resolve them by being solutions oriented.
Finally, you know how to positively engage and maintain strong partnerships with your hiring managers throughout the wider business.
