Sick Pay(3 comments)
"Sick pay is a strong reassurance if things do go wrong for you personally"
Great job security, good holiday, work life balance,
Super flexible. Lovely working on waterways. Bullish, arrogant senior managers. Career progression limited. Poor salary based on industry standards. People that work for the trust don't for salary. Some decades.
Great focus on Health and Wellbeing!
