Senior Python Developer - Remote work (London base)

If you are a Senior Developer who cares about producing clear, concise and practical code, ideally in Python, then this financial software company has the role for you.

Developing a unique suite of applications that allows bond traders to work more efficiently, they are bringing together the latest machine learning methods, AI technology, and UI design into a highly regarded product in their industry that is being adopted by an increasing number of institutions.

To join the team, you need to have practical experience in developing modern, complex systems. You will work as part of a small team of researchers, writing high-quality Python production code for real-time statistical models to support trading, risk-management, and analytics.

You will be joining a small team of developers and quants writing quality production trading systems code from scratch. The team is using other tools such as Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, Grafana, Prometheus, Kafka. If you have an interest in the intricacies of trading, finance, and market microstructure, it would help.

The London team works 100% remotely, the business has a culture based on deliverables/output, and you will have the flexibility to work as best suits you. Other team members are passionate about what they do, about building a successful product and company. They have been successful in gaining sufficient seed funding and are led by a CEO who has been a successful leader in capital markets and fully understands their customers and the particular pain points their product solves.
